One Ticket - Three Museum Experiences
The Natural History Museum of Denmark is the national museum for natural history in Danmark. The Musem is beautifully located in the corner of the Botanical Garden close to Nørreport Station. The museum also has a location at the Zoological Museum at Østrebro.
Get access to three museum experiences with one ticket. The joint ticket is valid for 48 hours and privides access to one visit to bothe the Natural History Museum (Øster Voldgade 5–7), the Zoological Museum, as well as the Palm House in the Botanical Garden.
The ticket costs DKK 105 for adults and DKK 50 for children.

Natural History Museum of Denmark

Online ticket sales
Avoid queues and sold-out dates by pre-booking your time slot ticket for the Natural History Museum of Denmark via our webshop.
Within 48 hours, the same ticket also gives access to one visit to the Palm House in the Botanical Garden and to the Zoological Museum.
Our annual pass holders and guests with pre-paid combo-tickets like Copenhagen Card and Parkmuseerne also need to reserve a free time slot to be ensured access to the museum at Øster Voldgade upon arrival.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring large strollers into the exhibitions. Smaller strollers/umbrella strollers are allowed.

Zoological Museum

Due to the construction of the Niels Bohr building, the parking lot at Jagtvej has been shut down. There are a limited number of parking spaces available in the University Park in front of the Zoological Museum and the August Krogh building available to personnel with a valid university parking permit.
Visitors to the Zoological Museum can obtain a guest parking permit in the museum shop. Note: Remember to set your parking disc before obtaining the permit. Furthermore, there are municipal pay-to-use parking.
The lunch room at the Zoological Museum is open, but there are limited seats and tables available, and we encourage our visitors to enjoy your food outside if the weather allows it. This applies especially for larger groups.

Botanical Garden
THE BOTANICAL GARDEN IS CLOSED UNTIL 5 APRIL
General opening hours in the garden:
- April 1 - September 30: 8.30 - 18.00
- October 1 - March 31: 8.30 - 16.00
Guide dogs are allowed in the garden, however other dogs and pets are not allowed.
Palm House in the Botanical Garden
THE PALM HOUSE IS CLOSED UNTIL 5 APRIL
General opening hours in the Palm House:
- April 1 - September 30: 10.00 - 17.00 (Ticket sales close at 16.45)
- October 1 - March 31: 10.00 - 15.30 (Ticket sales close at 15.15)
ENTRANCE TO THE PALM HOUSE
Visiting the Botanical Garden is free, except for the Palm House where there is an entrance fee. Tickets are sold at the entrance to the Palm House:

Mundfryd serves refreshments outdoors from their coffee wagon in front of the Palm House in the Botanical Garden.
