For safety reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to bring your own strollers or prams into the exhibitions, and they must therefore be parked outside in the museum's yard. As an alternative, the museum has small umbrella strollers you can borrow.
No kind of strollers or prams can be used in the Palm House.
Af sikkerhedsmæssige årsager er det desværre ikke muligt at medbringe egne barne- eller klapvogne i udstillingerne, og de skal derfor parkeres udenfor i museets gård. Museet har som alternativ små paraplyklapvogne til låns.
Ingen former for barne- eller klapvogne kan anvendes i Palmehuset.

The Palm House is a listed greenhouse with narrow passages and a beautiful – but delicate – botanical collection, and it is therefore not possible to bring strollers, suitcases and large bags.
Food and drink cannot be brought in either.

Help us take good care of the Botanical Garden, the special atmosphere and the collection of rare plants from all over the world by following the garden's rules of conduct:
- The beds must not be stepped on, and it is not permitted to climb the trees
- Flowers, seeds and other plant parts may not be collected.
- Dogs and other pets are not allowed. Guide dogs are welcome.
- Bicycles and scooters may not be brought.
- The use of barbecues and open flames is not permitted.
- For exercise runs, ball games, etc. we refer to the city's other parks and squares.
As a private person, you are welcome to take photographs in the Botanical Garden and the greenhouses.
However, wedding photography in the greenhouses is not possible due to the botanical collection and passage for other guests.
In the Botanical Garden itself, wedding photography is allowed, provided you:
- Only use the images for private use
- Do not bring large professional equipment (tripod, multiple cameras, light reflection screen, etc.)
- Respect the privacy of other guests and do not block the paths
- Do not use a drone to photograph
