CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellation and exchange of tickets for the play MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING in the Botanical Garden only covers that the performance is not performed at all, for example due to constant rain.

At the official start of the performance, if rainy weather is expected to end within 30 minutes, the play will be postponed. If the performance is canceled within 30 minutes of the play, the tickets will be exchanged or refunded.

If it starts to rain during the play in the form of brief showers, the performance will be interrupted. The performance will continue when the rain stops. This may happen several times and in this case the tickets are not exchanged / refunded.

If the rain does not stop and the rest of the performance is canceled after being interrupted, the following guidelines apply:

• If the play is canceled after playing more than 30 minutes from the start of the performance, the tickets will not be exchanged/refunded.
  
  
• If the show is cancelled before start or after a combined playing time of less than 30 minutes, you can exchange your ticket to another date if there are vacant tickets. If there are no vacant tickets, the ticket price will be refunded.
  
  
• Upon refund, the ticket is refunded – the ticket fee is not refundable. The ticket price is automatically refunded via Billetto. You do not have to do anything.
